McCABE, Ross Raymond
Peacefully with his family beside him on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Betty. Loving father of Shirley and the late Dan LYNCH, Shiela and Dennis FOSTER, Mary Lynn and Terry BERNARD, Ray and Tara McCABE and Betty Jo (B.J.) and Dave LEE. Dear grandfather of Patrick, Jeremy and Christopher LYNCH, Crystal FOSTER, Jessica and Stefanie BERNARD, Tiffany, Jasmine, Brandi and Jade McCABE, Foster and Avery LEE and great-grandfather of Adia, Levi, Abby and Clayton LYNCH. Predeceased by his parents Russell and Marguerite McCABE, his sister Marie TRIMBELL and his brother Eddie McCABE. The family received Friends at the Doney Funeral Home, 318 Main St. E., Shelburne on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 2 p.m. spring interment in Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Dufferin Alzheimer Society, Dufferin Oaks or Trinity United Church would be appreciated.

McCABE, Ross
A sincere thank you for all the love and caring shown to Ross and our family during his illness and since his death. To the staff of Dufferin Oaks, you are wonderful. You treated Ross with love and respect and we are grateful for everything you did. Our community is so lucky to have such great caregivers in our midst.

Formerly of Thamesville and R.R.# 3 Florence, passed away peacefully at the C.K.H.A. Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at the age of 93. Born in Euphemia Twp., daughter of the late Ernie and Lillian (WRIGHT) McCABE. Beloved wife of the late Orville H. PAUL (1991.) Loving mother of Calvin and Dorothy PAUL of Bothwell, Doreen, Mrs. Larry RICHARDSON of Dresden. Sadly missed by her grandchildren David, Bruce, Brian, Sheri, Jeff, Paul and great-grandchildren Michael, Joshua, Tyler, Robert, Candice, Christopher, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Marley, and great-great-grand_son Zachery PAUL. Dear sister of Luth and Mabel McCABE of Dresden. Predeceased by brothers Stewart, Melvin, Donald, and a sister Alta BRITTLE. The Paul family will receive Friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 1: 30 p.m. with Rev. Linda McFADDEN officiating. Died peacefully at the age of 91 on Sunday, June 8, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Rosemary (CONLIN,) and his nine children and thirty three grandchildren; Anne and Brian SPENCER (Andrew (Anne Marie), Patrick, Matthew, Michael, Timothy), Joe and Nancy (Carolyn, Jeffrey, Allison, Martha), Mike and Sharon (Conlin, Mollie, Lizzie), Liz (Danielle (J.P. FORTIN), Ashley, Jody, Kristine BLACK), Paul and Jane, (Caitlin, Kylie, Megan, Shannon, Ryan), Rosemary and Jim SIMANDL, (James, Kate, Madeline, Will) Steve and Nancy (Peter, Sarah, Sean), Jody and Bryan KELLY, (Rowan and Jack), Martha and Brady IRWIN (Camille, Rory and Thomas). Jack is also survived by his sister Claire COLGAN of Bath, Ontario, and was predeceased by his brother George, and sisters Eileen DEAN and Jean DOHERTY. Visitation will be held at the R.S.
