DAILEY, Hazel Mary (formerly SCARROW, née McCAW)
Peacefully at Kelso Pines Retirement Lodge, Owen Sound on Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Hazel Scarrow DAILEY (née McCAW) of Owen Sound in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Alban SCARROW and the late Cecil Thomas DAILEY. Dear mother of Donald SCARROW and his wife Nancy of Oakville and Glenn SCARROW and his wife Joanne of Port Sydney. Sadly missed by two grandchildren Jenifer SCARROW and David SCARROW and his wife Lili and a great-granddaughter Tiana Lee SCARROW all of Calgary. Also survived by her sister Laura RINGHAM of Owen Sound. Predeceased by a sister Gertrude PFOHL and a brother Roy McCAW. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home for visiting on Friday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock with Rev. David SHEARMAN officiating. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara. Memorial donations to the G.B.R.H.C. Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

SCHARFF, Douglas Stanley
At the Grey-Bruce Health Services in Southampton on Friday, March 21st, 2008 after the fiercest fight of his life, at the age of 63 years, Doug SCHARFF of Port Elgin, beloved husband and best friend for forty years of the former Patricia POISSON, dear father of John of Port Elgin and Tracy and her partner Bo BELANGER of Chesley. Special Papa to Andrew McCAW and Victoria SCHARFF. Doug will be terribly missed by his special friend Buddy the dog. Brother of Dawn HAMILTON of Port Elgin, Carol and her husband Glen HOARE of Renfrew, Gib SCHARFF and his friend Loretta of Oshawa, Patti Lou and her husband Campbell McRAE of Renfrew, and Christine and her husband Brian COLE of Deep River. Surviving also are many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He is predeceased by his daughter Tina in infancy, by his parents John and Irene SCHARFF, by his brother Richard, by his infant brother Robert and by his brother-in-law Bill HAMILTON. Friends called at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin (Town of Saugeen Shores) from 1: 00 to 2.45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25th, 2008. Funeral mass was celebrated in Saint_Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday afternoon at 3: 00 p.m., with Father Peter MEYER as celebrant. Interment St. Francis-Xavier Cemetery, Renfrew. Of Wiarton, peacefully at Gateway Haven on Wednesday, April 16th, 2008. Edith STEPHENS (née WHITE/WHYTE) in her 84th year. Cherished grandmother of Natalie and her husband Aaron MURRAY, and John STEPHENS. Caring great-grandmother of Jack, Charlotte and Avery MURRAY. Mother-in-law of Janice WILKINSON (Tim.) Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and Friends. Special aunt of Henry WHITE/WHYTE and Patricia SYMON. Dear friend of Nancy McCAW and Dorothy HILL. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Josephine WHITE/WHYTE; her devoted husband Bruce (2002); her beloved son Bradley; her 4 brothers and her 3 sisters. Of Wiarton, suddenly at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Monday, June 2nd, 2008. Robin Maria RICHARDSON in her 22nd year. Cherished daughter of Don and Suzy (née McCAW,) of Wiarton. Adored sister of Kayla, at home. Loving girlfriend of Blair COWIE of London. Beloved granddaughter of Doug and Nancy McCAW, and Sheila RICHARDSON (and friend Bill) all of Wiarton, and the late Ray RICHARDSON; and great-granddaughter of Kathleen SMITH, of Wiarton, and Eva SCHNIEDER/SNIDER/SNYDER, of Hanover. Robin will be forever missed by her aunts and uncles, Bev and Paul BOSWELL, Sandy JONES (Brent,) Neil RICHARDSON and Alecia CRAIG, Sandra LEE and Dick HIBMA, Ted and Tammy McCAW, Vickie and Don SCARLETT, John McCAW, Pam McCAW (Pete QUINLAN,) and Mark McCAW (Mike DURKACZ;) her many cousins and Friends, especially Tara THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON. Robin was an Honours Business student at Wilfrid Laurier University and employed by BDO Chartered Accountants in Owen Sound. Unexpectedly, at Victoria Hospital, on Sunday, February 24, 2008, Kimberly Jean McCAW in her 48th year. Dear sister of Linda Donnelly (Ray) of Goderich, Karen McCAW (Gerd) of London and Tracy Mccaw LIVINGSTON (Kevin) of London. Loving aunt of Mark, Patrick (Cathy,) Chris, Brandon, Jesse, Rebecca, Andrew, Daniel, Aaron, and Rachel. Kimberly will be sadly missed and always loved by Jody CHOPTOVY. Predeceased by her niece Sonya LIVINGSTON and her parents Jean and Herbert McCAW. Cremation has taken place. A Service for family and Friends to celebrate Kim's life will be held at The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 500 First Street, London, Rear door, on Sunday March 16th from 2-5 p.m. Kim's life will be ever remembered and cherished by those many people who, today, have been given new life through the unselfish gift of organ donation. RIGGS, Frieda Isobel (née BRAIN)
At Bluewater Health - Mitton St. on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 Frieda Isobel (née BRAIN) RIGGS of Sarnia passed away peacefully to be with her Lord after a short illness at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late F. Kenneth RIGGS (1997.) Loving mother of two sons, the late Robert B. RIGGS (2005) and his wife Karis (nee McCAW) of Sarnia and David W. RIGGS and his wife Karen (née BAYNE) of Essex. Cherished grandmother of Christine, Rebecca, Julie, Bryan and Alison. She will be deeply missed by her sister Anna Mae HARROWER as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother-in-law Gordon HARROWER (1999.) Isobel will also be greatly missed by her lifelong friend Bill WISE. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 4, 2008 at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia at 11: 00 a.m. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and Friends will be received on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Smith Funeral Home in the afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. and evening from 7 to 9 p.m. The family wishes to thank Doctor SHETTY, Doctor DHAR, Doctor SHERWIN and Doctor I. CAMPBELL for their excellent care. As well we wish to thank the RT's and the Nurses at Bluewater Health in the Acute Cardiac Care Ward. You have treated Isobel and our family with the utmost respect and delivered a level of care unsurpassed by many medical institutions. You brought a "ray of sunshine" into Isobel's room always offering hope and encouragement, and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Devoted grandfather of Emma VANDERWEYST and Lexi HALL. Also remembered by his siblings Noreen BUCKLEY, Jacquie and Fran LEE and Robert "Bob" BERNARD. Terry will be sadly missed by his extended family, many nieces and nephews, great Friends and employees. Predeceased by his loving sister Judy HARDY and sister-in-law Helen BERNARD.
