BRADY, Frances Mary Geraldine "Gerry" (née O'BRIEN)
The beloved bride of 66 years of Charles (Charlie) Thomas BRADY passed away peacefully at Toronto in her 93rd year on January 21st, 2008. Gerry was born in 1915 in Dixie, Ontario. Predeceased by her loving son Patrick (Lynn). She will be forever missed by her children Brenda COSTELLO (Boone), Peter (Beth), Mary Ann, Margaret, Brigid (Stephen) and Timothy. Loving grandmother of Patrick BRADY and Martha BERNEY (Mark); Droughan, Darryl and Allison (Rob) COSTELLO; Ryan and Conor BRADY; and David and William HOUSE. Greatgrandmother of Jacob, Kaitlyn and Sarah BERNEY. Loving sister-in-law to Beverley O'BRIEN and Shelagh O'BRIEN. Gerry was predeceased by her parents Florence (MILEY) and Donel and by siblings Eileen (PHELAN), Miley, Charles, Brendan, Elizabeth (Betty McGOEY,) Laureen (WEILER,) Edward and George. She will undoubtedly miss the many updates from the O'BRIEN, McGoey, Weiler, Phelan and Taylor clans. Like ripples radiating outward on the waters of Lake Joseph, her heart and mind reached ever outward in curiosity, interest and love, making connections that she always remembered. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, January 24th at 11 a.m. at St. Anselm Church, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto, M4G 3H3. Gerry will rest at Mount Peace Cemetery, Dixie, which was founded by her father, Donel O'BRIEN. Gerry's life was enhanced and her spirit was lifted through the attentive care provided by her nephew Doctor Paul O'BRIEN. The family wishes to acknowledge the loving Friendship and care provided by Fatma FAEED over the past two years. We also thank Vicky JOHNSON at the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre, Andri at Community Care East York and the compassionate and loving angels at Saint Michael's Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Peacefully at the Etobicoke General Hospital on Sunday, March 2, 2008 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Irene FORSTER. Loving father of Donald and Wendy, and father-in-law of Wendy. Much loved grandfather of Erin, Ryan and Jaime. Dear brother of Joan McGONIGAL. He will be sadly missed by his many Friends and relatives including Elizabeth Espino, Margaret Daan and Margaret Evans. Thank You - We would like to thank our Friends and families for all the support given to us during the illness and passing of Shirley REID. You do not realize how many lives are touched by one person it seems until they are gone, and Shirley certainly touched many. We are all thankful to have been part of that. A special Thank You goes out to Jimmy and Ruby McGOOGAN two truly wonderful Friends who where there every step of the way with us, and Shirley. Anne REARCE- DAVIDSON (Granny Annie) your support for Shirley will never be forgotten, we are honoured to have you as part of our family. To the health care workers in our community, the Dialysis team at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital are second to none, they are truly Gods Angels on earth. Deb MORRISON who went over and above, to Doctor LOW/LOWE/LOUGH and staff for your sincere professionalism. The community support at Huron Meadows, outstanding. Tracey FRYER and Angela STEPHENSON we are still in awe of how caring and gentle you are and can not stress enough how you made Shirley's final journey end with the dignity she deserved.

Surrounded by her family, Mary June BINLEY went to God with love and faith and comfort. Mary was the executive secretary for Mr. E.P. Taylor and Mr. Charles Taylor, Windfield Farms Ltd. She will forever be remembered by her daughters, Kathleen (BINLEY) SAVAGE and Maura BINLEY, and sons-in-law, Kent A. SAVAGE and Peter F. EWING. The magic of their Grandmother Dee Dee will never be forgotten by Kathleen, David and Connor SAVAGE, and Rose and Thomas BINLEY- EWING. Mary is survived by her brother and best friend, Jim McGOVERN and her beloved McGovern family nieces and nephews. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, January 25th. KUTSCHENREITER, Karl Jr.
Karl KUTSCHENREITER, Jr. was born on January 9, 1950 in Pichling, Austria. He was the first-born child of Juliana (AMENT) and Karl KUTSCHENREITER. A couple of years later the family grew with the addition of his little sister Wilma. He lived in Austria until May 25, 1955 when Julie, Karl Jr. and Wilma travelled to Canada by boat to Montreal and then by train to Toronto where they joined Karl Sr. who had been in Toronto making it possible for the rest of the family to join him.
The KUTSCHENREITERs lived in Toronto from 1955-1959 at which time they moved to Shrigley; by December of 1959 they moved to the family farm on Highway 10.
Karl attended public school at S.S.#4 at Victoria Corners. He attended the Dundalk High School and Grey Highlands Secondary School. Karl attended Humber College and studied as a heavy equipment diesel mechanic - an education that he used for the rest of his working years.
He had three children: Kyle, Shannon and Tanya.
Karl settled on his property at R.R.#3 Flesherton around 1989, where he lived until his death.
Karl held various jobs, which included: heavy equipment operator, equipment repair, mechanic, welder, pond builder and truck driver. Karl was a man that could operate anything with a diesel engine. He was a kid that never grew up - always playing with his toys in the dirt.
He will be remembered by others for his young "Elvis" hair, his motorcycle days and his willingness to help a friend out no matter what. Karl enjoyed being with Friends in the outdoors, both hunting and fishing.
Karl KUTSCHENREITER Jr. passed away at Centre Grey Hospital in Markdale on February 12, 2008.

d. June 9, 2008. Born in Montreal October 16, 1922, daughter of Douglas and Alma CHURCHILL. Audrey attended Westhill High and obtained a B.A. degree majoring in English from McGill University. She joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1942 and served in Filter Operations in Saint_John's, Newfoundland. She remustered to the Young Men's Christian Association as an Auxiliary Supervisory Officer serving at the Royal Canadian Navy Station in Saint_John's and later at the Royal Canadian Air Force Station in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was in the Officers' Mess at Sydney that Audrey met her future husband, whom she outranked. On May 31, 1946 she married Kenneth Owen MacGOWAN in Montreal. Her married life was split almost equally between homes in New Westminster, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario. Audrey was predeceased by her sister Helen Elizabeth GREEN. She is survived by her husband of 62 years and four children, John (Judith), Patricia (Whit), Peter (Linda) and Colleen, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. An active volunteer with the Young Women's Christian Association, the Anglican Church, Mental Retardation in Toronto, the MS Society of Canada and the MS International Federation. Audrey was also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi and the Philanthropic Educational Opportunity Sisterhood. Her life was characterized by her optimism, strength and service to her family, her Friends and the community. The family wish to thank Luisa and the other staff of Bradgate Arms for the wonderful assistance they provided to Audrey in the nine years she was under their care. Cremation will take place as per her request and a private family memorial service will be held.
