WILSON, Norman Sandford
Suddenly at his residence, R.R.#3 Parkhill, on Monday, February 18, 2008, Norman Sandford WILSON, age 93. Beloved husband of Olive May (ROMPHF.) Stepfather of Shirley and Glen PERRIAM, Pat ROMPHF and the late Neil, Donna and Ken McLINCHEY, and Terry and Sharon ROMPHF. Predeceased by his brothers Ken and Bruce (Jake.) Loved by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Dear uncle of Bonnie and Tom HUMPHRIES, Carlene and Terry HUNNIFORD, Kim and Karen WILSON, Don WILSON and Trudy CHAPELLE. Resting at the Gilpin Chapel, Thedford, for funeral service on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 2 p.m. Visitation 2 hours prior to service. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. McCLINCHEY, Frances Mary (HOLLYMAN)
Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 after a lengthy illness Mrs. Frances Mary (HOLLYMAN) McCLINCHEY of Blyth in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Robert McCLINCHEY. Loving mother of Patricia BRIGHAM and Wayne McCLINCHEY and his wife Dorothy all of Blyth. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Gregory, Jennifer, Mary, Kendra and Gordon and by one great-granddaughter Mieka. Also survived by one sister Dorothy STEWARD/STEWART/STUART. Predeceased by her parents Francis and Mary (CARTER) HOLLYMAN, son-in-law James Brigham and brother-in-law Doug STEWARD/STEWART/STUART. Friends will be received at the Blyth Visitation Centre of the Falconer Funeral Homes Ltd., 407 Queen Street, Blyth on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 2: 00 p.m. Interment Blyth Union Cemetery. Donations to the Blyth Arena Living Tree Fund or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

At Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, Goderich on Sunday April 27, 2008 after a valiant battle with cancer Mrs. Eileen June (POCOCK) BAUMAN/BOWMAN of Goderich in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Leonard BAUMAN/BOWMAN. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Brian and Bonnie BAUMAN/BOWMAN of Goderich, Bruce and Brenda BAUMAN/BOWMAN of Holmesville, June and John DEROCHES of Crystal Falls and Byron and Joy BAUMAN/BOWMAN of Goderich. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Barry and Tarrin, Brian Jr. and Carrie, Richard and Ian BAUMAN/BOWMAN, Tarah and Brianne DOUGHTY and Brady and Haley BAUMAN/BOWMAN and by five great-grandchildren Emily, Aaron, Lincoln, Beth and Branden. Dear sister of Naida McCLINCHEY of Goderich and Herb and Joyce POCOCK of Alberta. Predeceased by one grand_son Aaron (1976). At Eileen's request cremation has taken place. McCLINCHEY, William " Bill"
Peacefully at University Hospital, on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008, William "Bill" McCLINCHEY of London in his 75th year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (McDONALD) McCLINCHEY (2006.) Devoted father of Derrick McCLINCHEY and his wife Miriam of London; Debbie GILES and her husband Gord ROSS of Lambeth; and Jeff McCLINCHEY and his wife Jeanette of London. Also loved by his grandchildren Caitlin, Ashley, Tanner, Tyler, Jeff, Adam, Paul, Jonathan, and soon to be great-grandfather of Braedan. Loving brother of Sarah CROCKWELL of Grand Bend; Dorothy MacDONALD and her husband Keith of Edmonton, Alberta; Grant McCLINCHEY and his partner Irene McCANN of Grand Bend; Don McCLINCHEY and his wife Gail of St. Malo, Manitoba. Predeceased by his parents Garnet and Agnes McCLINCHEY his brothers Keith, Bev, Jack and his sister Betty SCOTT. After growing up in Seaforth, Ontario, Bill served in the Royal Canadian Navy and fought in the Korean War. Soon after he married Barb and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force allowing them to enjoy traveling the world. After retiring from his 33 years of duty with the Canadian Armed Forces, Bill and Barb settled in London. Here Bill enjoyed working for General Motors until his retirement. Bill and Barb enjoyed spending summers in Florida and California. Bill was a proud member of the Legion, the Masons and most of all a loyal fan of the Leafs. Bill will be fondly remembered by all his neighbours and Friends. Now in passing Bill has been reunited with Barb where they can continue their adventure. Special thanks to the staff of University Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Sunday from 7: 00-9:00 p.m. at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a celebration of Bill's life and a Legion Service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion, Lambeth Branch No. 501 will be held in the chapel on Monday May 5th at 1: 00 p.m. with Reverend Frank MANTZ officiating. Private family interment in Pine River Cemetery, Pine River Ontario. Memorial donations may be made to the London Regional Cancer Program, 747 Baseline Road East, London Ontario, N6C 2R6. DENOVAN, David McClintock
David and his dear wife, Nancy St. Clair Ryley DENOVAN, died on November 20, 2007 on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. David was the son of Samuel Parker DENOVAN and Laura McCLINTOCK and the brother-in-law of George Moore RYLEY, all pre-deceased. He and Nancy were dearly loved and will be sadly missed by their niece Norah RYLEY of Toronto, nephew Peter RYLEY and his wife Denise HUPÉ of Ottawa, sister-in-law Jessica RYLEY of Toronto and many close Friends. Born on February 13, 1944, David grew up in Toronto and studied Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He began his career as a production film editor with Canadian Broadcasting Corporation television in Toronto in 1967. His editing credits included popular series such as Man Alive and The Nature of Things as well as many award-winning dramas and documentaries. His love of film extended to his personal life where he was an avid collector and home-theatre buff with a special interest in the science fiction genre. Later in life, he and his wife moved to rural western Canada where he became involved in environmental concerns and efforts to protect wilderness areas while also indulging his passion for skiing and hiking. Cremation has taken place and will be followed later by burial and commemorative gatherings. Memorial donations to the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, the David Suzuki Foundation or the Sierra Legal Defence Fund would be greatly appreciated.
