was a councilor and reeve of Plympton Township, was a Lambton
County councilor and served on numerous municipal committees.
For over 60 years John was a member of Acorn Lodge #263 Independent
Order of Odd Fellows and a long serving elder of Knox Presbyterian
Church, Camlachie. Friends may call at the Dodge Funeral Home,
Forest on Monday, May 5th, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral
service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1: 30 p.m.

- he advised her on her career and life choices throughout their
Friendship of 39 years and their marriage of 32 years. One day,
we will be able to make sense of losing this insightful, kind
and considerate husband and friend. We will keep the faith until

Edith and Leighton enjoyed 29 years in the city
of Guelph where she worked at Biltmore Hats keeping her boys
in style. They were devoted members of Paisley United Church
in Guelph and the Fourth Line Community Church. Lady Edith was
an avid seamstress, Rumble Racing sponsor and fan, and life of
the party. Her smile and infectious laugh, high heels, red lipstick
and kisses on the lips were part of her trade mark style. The
