NOTE #1: Our researchers have access to the microfilms containing these Wills. If you would like to obtain a copy of a particular Will, e-mail your request to oxford@ogs.on.ca. Put 'Will request' in the subject line and the Name, Register# and Ref # or Reel# and Estate# in the body of the message. Will files vary in size from a single page Will to multiple pages that include the Will, court documents and other material. Our researchers will advise you of the cost to obtain a copy of all or part of the file.

NOTE #2: If you would like to obtain a copy of a particular obituary, e-mail you request to oxford@ogs.on.ca. Put 'Obituary request' in the subject line and the Name, Death date, Book and Page number in the body of the message. There is a fee of $6.00 for each obituary requested.

NOTE #3: The indexing of our obituary collection is a project that is currently in progress, with many more names to be added. While the collection is extensive it does not include every obituary published in area newspapers. Checking area newspapers is still recommended. Our collection covers the period, but is not limited to, 1968 to 2008. The indexes will be updated as work progresses on this project.

NOTE #4: If you would like to obtain a copy of a particular document, e-mail your request to oxford@ogs.on.ca. Put 'Registered Document request' in the subject line and the Name, Year and Document Number in the body of the message. Files vary in size from a single page to multiple pages. Our researchers will advise you of the cost to obtain a copy of these documents.
