Elected Vice-President Finance in 2017, Ray was educated as a Chartered Accountant and has many years of corporate experience and small business consulting in a wide variety of businesses and geographic locations. He is the treasurer of a not-for-profit organization and the present treasurer of Brant County Branch. Ray has led the restructuring of the Society office’s accounting function, and established the consolidated financial capabilities for the Society, and is the chair of the Finance Committee of Board.  Ray believes the key direction for the Society is to ensure long-term relevance, functionality and viability as the premier genealogical organization in Canada. Ray lives in Brantford, Ontario.
