Description

This document contains an index for the weekly Newark (later Niagara-on-the-Lake) newspaper The Canada Constellation.  It covers all issues from its inception to its demise, with the exception of six issues — Numbers 1, 2, 13, 14, 15, and 16.   Number 3, the first issue on microfilm, is dated Friday, August 2, 1799.  Number 27 is the last issue in which the dissolution of the paper is announced is dated Saturday, January 18, 1800.
