Description

This cemetery is situated on Lot 7, Concession 7, Sandwich South Twp address 4297 Baseline Rd.  It was established officially in 1900 when the Fairbairn family donated the land and was once known as Fair Creek Cemetery.  Despite its official establishment in 1900, the earliest recorded burial at the site dates back to 1874 with the internment of Robert Fairbairn Sr, indicating that the land served as an official burial ground prior to its formal designation.
