Description

– Located on Lot 18, Concession 5, former Louth Township (Jordan area) now in the Town of Lincoln.  St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Jordan, was established as soon as the Church opened in 1841 and has been in continuous use since then. This is one of the oldest Churches in the area.

This document includes transcriptions for 168 known gravestones and transcription notes for several Memorial Windows and plaques.
