– Located to the east and south of St. Davids Queenston United Church (on the south side of Regional Road 81) in the village of St Davids, east of Four Mile Creek Road.

This document includes known transcriptions (1991) for 507 gravestones, with an additional list of 46 burial entries extracted from the St. Davids United Church Register for the years 1918 to 1937.
