Description

Mount Albert Methodist Pioneer Cemetery is located on Lot 11, Concession 8 in East Gwillimbury Township. It’s on the corner of Mt. Albert Road and Centre Street in the Town of Mount Albert.

The cemetery was active from 1830 to 1894. In the early 1950’s the graveyard was cleaned up and the headstones placed in cement along the back edge of the property.

The transcription, published in 2014, is 18 pages long and includes a brief history, photos, a map, the inscriptions and an index.
