Description

– Located at 85829 Canborough Rd., on Concession 7, Lot 58 Wainfleet Township, on the south side of Canborough Road. Chippawa Creek runs by the west end of the cemetery. Wainfleet Township is located in Welland County, but researchers should be aware of its proximity to the townships of West Lincoln in Lincoln County, and the townships of Moulton and Canborough in Haldimand County. The Colonel John Butler Branch of the United Empire Loyalist Association installed a plaque there in 2008 to designate the cemetery as a Loyalist burial site.
