Description

– Located at 3700 Nineteenth St. in Jordan,  Lot 19, Concession 4, former Louth Twsp., now the Town of Lincoln.  The site is on the south side of Niagara Rd. 81 and west side of 19th Street.  Also known as Disciples Church Cemetery. The cemetery was there much earlier than the Church, as the Church was not erected until around 1845 and many of the cemetery stones pre-date it.

This document includes known gravestone transcriptions for 152 plots, plus 12 earlier transcriptions from 1965 records.
