Description

Located at 4100 Bridgeport Drive in Lincoln.  The Methodist Church was built in 1859 on Lot 18, Con 3 in the village of Bridgeport, on the northeast corner where the cemetery now stands.  Records have been maintained here from 1882 when the lots were first sold. Land has been added over the years to the site of the many earlier burials, with some tombstones at the back dated as early as 1848.  The cemetery received its name in 1907.

This document includes 343 known gravestone inscriptions for all cemetery sections, with a document listing names and plot numbers (250) for cross-referencing burials where there may be no markers.
