Description

– St. Anns Community Cemetery is located at 3278 Twenty Mile Rd (Regional Rd. 69) in the Township of West Lincoln.  For most of its history, St. Ann’s Cemetery was associated with their nearby church. The earliest church was built in 1799 with subsequent new buildings in succeeding years until closing as St. Ann’s United Church in 1965, re-opening in 1967 under the leadership of the Mennonite Brethren Church as St. Ann’s Community Church.

This 1991 document (rev. 2011) includes transcriptions for more than 450 known gravestones. The earliest monument in the cemetery is to Ann Kennedy who died Feb 11, 1797 at the age of six.
