Description

– Located on Niagara Road 14 (Thirty Road), approximately 200 feet south of Elmtree Road East, on Gore Lot D, Town of Grimsby. The church was established on the west side of Thirty Mountain Road south of the cemetery, but nothing remains today of the building.

This document includes 50 known gravestone transcriptions with notes and an index showing 19 family surnames. The earliest burial date appears to be 1833.
