Description

– Located on Lot 268, Corporation Plan 3, on the west side of Mountain Street, south side of Church Street, in the Beamsville area of the Town of Lincoln, Ontario.  Over the years the headstones, some of which are 200 years old,  ended up scattered over most of the plot adjacent to the church.  Stones were then moved from the graveyard to Mount Osborne Cemetery but were returned in the 1980’s.  In an effort to preserve the stones, the town set them in a commemorative cement block just west of the original graves.

This document includes known transcriptions for many gravestones that are no longer visible, with transcribed notes from 1964 (indexed in order of concessions) and 1987 records (indexed alphabetically by family surnames).
