– Located on Colbeck Drive, former Lot 256 B.F., Thorold Twsp., now in the City of Welland, on the north bank of the Welland River in the north-east intersection of Colbeck Drive and Niagara Road 29 (Lincoln Street West).

This document includes known transcriptions for the graves of James Hutson and wife Sarah (1983) with several gravestone photos taken in 2013, and notes from the Dr. W. G. Reive collection with transcriptions recorded in July of 1926.
