– Located at 1519 Pelham Rd, on Lot 5, Concession 8, former Twsp. of Louth, now in the city of St. Catharines.

This document includes known transcriptions for 12 gravestones as recorded in 1982, with sketch drawings and a plot map for the cemetery site at that time.  A newer document includes photos taken in 2015 of the restored site with images of the gravestones for several Smith family members (James N. Smith, Catherine Smith, Henry Smith, Catharine Smith).
