Description

– Located on Lot 9, Concession 8, the Benner property at 2530 Bowen Rd. in Fort Erie.   Jacob Foreman had bought the North half of Lot number nine in the eighth Concession (app. 100 acres) from Charles Anger, 5 August 1820.  In a will dated 12 July 1845, Jacob Foreman gave the farm to his two sons David and John (probated 12 November 1845.)  With this information it appears that Christianna and Jacob Foreman were buried on the ridge at the back of Jacob Foreman’s property.
