Description

This document includes the transcription of the 1881 census sheets for Gainsborough Township, Electoral District of Monck, Lincoln County, Districts 1 and 2.  (Note – Monck County was a new Electoral District created for elections, and for the 1871, 1881 and 1891 Census moved Gainsborough and Caistor Townships from the Lincoln County and Wainfleet and Pelham Townships from the Welland County within its boundaries.)
