Our 2023 publication recorded a total of 315 names with the earliest death date inscription being in 1952 for Marie Piispanen.

Along Highway 17 is located Beaver Lake Cemetery that was established in 1952. Previously cemeteries of choice were in Sudbury, Whitefish and Nairn Centre. Victor Hyvarinen donated the triangular block of land with volunteers going door to door collecting a $5.00 fee to establish the cemetery. Today Beaver Lake Cemetery is administered by the City of Greater Sudbury.
