Our 2023 publication recorded a total of 1,648 burials with the earliest noted death date 1917 for Harold B. Smith.

Within Lively there are two cemeteries – St. Stanislaus along Old Highway 17/MR 55 east of the entrance to the community of Lively dating back to 1914 and Waters cemetery along White Street in Lively. The City of Greater Sudbury dates Lively Waters Cemetery back to the early 1900s. A Presbyterian Church operated on the one acre plot from 1908 until the building was sold in 1925. Today Lively Waters Cemetery is administered by the City of Greater Sudbury.
