Help Ontario Ancestors build a photo collection of Ontario churches  so everyone will be able to view the church where a relevant christening, marriage or burial occurred. Use this form to submit your photos.

Please enter all relevant information, including the name, street address and municipality, along with the county and township. This forms works well with smart devices for taking the photos and submitting them at the same time. Maximum five photos per submission.

Please re-name your photo files with a meaningful name if possible: such as: Glencoe_Knox_1.jpg; Glencoe_Knox_2.jpg for example.

Please add additional information in the comments section, such as whether the church has been re-named, destroyed or decommissioned, construction dates, whether re-built or re-located, and any other information which may be of use or interest.
