Description

Cook Farm Cemetery I was located on Lot 13, Concession 7, Whitchurch Township.  It was a small burial site on the Cook family farm on the west side of Highway 48, north of Bloomington Sideroad. The site has since been developed.

The grave marker of John Cook has been moved to the Lemonville Cemetery.

The transcription, published in 1993, is 3 pages long and has a short history of the Cook family plus the inscription from John Cook’s marker.
