Description

St. Andrew’s Cemetery is located on the east half of Lot 9, Concession 3, of King Township. It’s on the west side of Dufferin Street north of the King Sideroad and south of the 15th Sideroad.

This Presbyterian cemetery was established about 1834 and closed in 1958. It is now administered by the York Pioneer and Historical Society. The on-site church, built about 1848, is the oldest stone church in King Township.

The transcription, published in 1995, is 13 pages long and includes a short history, photos, a map, the inscriptions and an index.
