Description

Cook Farm Cemetery II was once located on the Cook family farm. The farm was located on the west half of Lot 35, Concession 6, in Markham Township, now the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

The grave marker found there is for Jonathan B. Cook. The marker has been moved to Lemonville Cemetery.

The transcription, published in 1993, is 4 pages long and has a map of Lemonville Cemetery in addition to the inscription for Jonathan Cook.
