Description

Old Methodist Church Cemetery is located on the west half of Lot 8, Concession 7, Vaughan Township, now the City of Vaughan.

In 1836, a small log church was erected on this site with a burial ground on the east side overlooking the Humber Valley. Over the years, the church has changed hands and been rebuilt and is now Woodbridge United Church. In 1972, a cairn was built by the Town of Vaughan and the grave markers placed on it.

The transcription, published in 1990, is 17 pages long and includes a short history, a photo, the inscriptions and an index.
