Description

Chamberlain Burying Ground is located on the south-east corner of Lot 8, Concession 10, King Township. It’s on the west side of the 10th Concession Road, north of King Sideroad.

The cemetery was established about 1847 on land donated by the Chamberlain family and closed around 1891 after being abandoned. The grave markers are broken and gathered together between two trees.

The transcription, published in 1992, is 6 pages long and consists of a short history, a photo, the inscriptions and an index.
