Description
King City Cemetery is located on the east half of Lot 6, Concession 4, in King Township. It’s on the King City sideroad.
The cemetery was started in 1887 when Nathaniel Crossley offered 5 acres of his property for a burying ground. It is now surrounded by an iron fence and has a “dead house” on site. It remains a very active cemetery.
The transcription, published in 2004, is 218 pages long and has a map in addition to the inscriptions and an index.
