Description

Kinghorn Methodist Episcopal Cemetery is located on the west part of Lot 5, Concession 4, in the township of King. It’s on the east side of Jane Street south of the King Sideroad.

The Episcopal Methodist Church was dedicated on this site in 1848 and has since been moved. The cemetery was adjacent to the church.  It is now closed and maintained by the township but unfortunately, the markers have been vandalized.

The transcription, published in 1992, is 10 pages long and includes the inscriptions from 1981 (many no longer visible), a short history, photos, a map and an index.
