Description

Wesleyan Methodist Cemetery (Strange) is located on the west half of Lot 8, Concession 5, King Township. It’s on the east side of Weston Road, north of the King Sideroad, in the village of Strange.

The cemetery was at one time adjacent to a Wesleyan Methodist Church and established about 1852. In 1878, it was abandoned and closed and is now maintained by the Township of King.

The transcription, published in 1992, is 8 pages long and includes a brief history, a photo, the inscriptions and an index.
