The Society has 34 Branches and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) across the province of Ontario. Joining one or more branches is a great way to focus your research on a specific region or heritage topic, as well as to meet and get to know your fellow genealogists if you live local to that group.  Visit our Branch/SIG websites to learn more about their specific areas, interests, projects and resources.

We acknowledge the many volunteers who have spent countless hours transcribing and creating these indexes. Without volunteers, many of these indexes would simply not exist.
